Rosendin: American University Hall of Science Building - State-of-the-art Hall of Science building at American University, three-stories 95,000 sf Gross Floor Area (GFA). The design fostered collaboration of various disciplines through shared spaces, including research laboratories, classrooms, a vivarium, and office space. This facility is designed to achieve LEED gold certification.
