Martin/Martin, Inc. is a nationally recognized, employee-owned civil and structural engineering firm founded in the 1940s and headquartered in Denver, with offices across the U.S. We plan, design, and deliver projects that shape communities: airports and civic/cultural venues; convention centers, stadiums, and recreation; healthcare and life sciences; K-12 and higher education; commercial and mixed-use; advanced manufacturing; mission critical/data centers; transportation and parking; and water, wastewater, stormwater, parks, and open space.

Our 400+ professionals integrate structural and civil engineering with surveying, construction-phase services, and investigative/forensic expertise. We lead complex new builds and renovations; deliver long-span and special structures, tall buildings, parking, façades, and safety systems; and solve site planning, grading, utilities, hydrology and floodplain, and water/wastewater challenges. During construction, we provide comprehensive support that complements the contractor’s work: proactively coordinating, resolving issues, and keeping quality, cost, and schedule on track. When challenges arise, we move quickly to assess conditions and develop practical repair or strengthening solutions.

Our work is enabled by digital delivery (BIM/VDC), a commitment to sustainability and resilience, and practical advisory services: from code and peer review to value engineering and entitlement/permitting. When appropriate, we add focused transportation planning to strengthen civil design. Coupled with proactive communication, rigorous QA/QC, and substantial in-house resources, we deliver creative, buildable solutions with reliably strong outcomes nationwide.
