Critchfield Mechanical, Inc: UCSF Medical Center - 1500 Owens Street is a 170,000 SF High Rise Life Sciences Building located in Mission Bay district of San Francisco. The building houses the UCSF Orthopedic Institute, Celgen and is part of the UCSF’s $1.6 billion hospital complex in Mission Bay.
