This session explores why modular construction was selected, the role of Design-Build and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), and the three primary modular fabrication methods: volumetric modular, bathroom pods, and prefabricated wall panels. Gain practical “Learn by Doing” lessons and real-world insights that can help improve the planning, design, and delivery of future modular projects.
