Description: DBIA-WPR LA/OC Chapter Event, ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY IN PRACTICE: COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT PERSPECTIVES.  Join DBIA-WPR LA/OC Chapter, Riverside CCD, Los Angeles CCD, and Long Beach City College for a candid, owner‑driven discussion on the real‑world application of alternative delivery in bond‑funded capital programs. Panelists will share firsthand insights on why alternative delivery was pursued, the internal and procedural challenges encountered, and how organizational constraints influence project outcomes. This session emphasizes practical lessons learned and identifies where industry partners can most effectively support public owners in improving delivery performance, managing risk, and delivering value across complex community college programs.
