Description: DBIA-WPR Sacramento Chapter Event #1, PROGRESSIVE DESIGN-BUILD: TURNING INTENT INTO RESULTS.  Join DBIA-WPR Sacramento Chapter for an in-person panel discussion and networking reception. Progressive Design-Build (PDB) is increasingly valued for its potential to foster collaboration, flexibility, and balanced risk—but realizing those benefits requires thoughtful execution. This panel moves beyond theory to explore how progressive delivery works in practice, highlighting the conditions, behaviors, and decisions that allow PDB to deliver its full value.

Through open and experience-driven discussion, panelists will share insights on aligning owner expectations, strengthening early collaboration, and navigating key inflection points—from cost modeling and risk management to design development and decisionmaking. Along the way, they’ll reflect on lessons learned, practical adjustments, and team dynamics that support trust, momentum, and successful outcomes.
