Description: 2025 DBIA-WPR Annual Membership Meeting. Please join us for our annual regional meeting. WPR has important items to present to  membership, including election of the WPR Board, the Executive Council of the Board, and several business items for action. Additionally we have a panel of distinguished guest speakers.

Presentation titled Progressive Design-Build Industry Outlook. In today’s challenging times, it’s critically important for design-builders, architects, engineers and trade partners to work with Owners to develop innovative solutions. Design-Build is used more than ever now in the western United States, known for its capacity to foster extraordinary results. By 2028, Design-Build delivery will make up 47% of construction deliveries, according to FMI. The panel will include owners discussing their progress with the use of Traditional Design-Build and Progressive Design-Build, including lessons learned. They will discuss what they believe makes for better results, and what they might want to do differently. Also included will be their strategies to current market challenges and how our industry can be a part of the solution moving forward.
