Sletten Construction was established in 1928 and is a 100% employed-owned company. We are a full-service contractor performing work throughout the western United States from each of our eight offices. Our work includes educational, correctional and medical facilities, retail spaces, parking garages, bridges, dams, light and heavy industrial, solar, and multi-unit projects.
From the initial stages of project planning and development through the construction phase and project delivery, Sletten works in partnership with Clients and Owners under a variety of delivery methods.
Our resources include over 225 employee-owners and over 450 full-time employees. Our in-house estimating, scheduling, preconstruction, virtual construction, commissioning, and safety divisions support all our projects. Our Specialties Groups bring detailed knowledge to complicated projects, such as our Bridge Division, Industrial Division, Solar Division and the Corrections Division.
