Forell/Elsesser Structural Engineers (F/E) is an award-winning structural and earthquake engineering firm that has been early adopters of the Design/Build project delivery.  We enjoy the collaborative process of working closely with the entire design and construction team to bring the best value to our clients.

Successful Design/Build projects include: UCSF Mission Bay Center for Vision Neurosciences which is designed to meet the University’s stringent seismic resilience goals, Cañada College Kinesiology & Wellness Building which is a new facility that will house both academic and enterprise facilities, CSU Monterey Bay, Academic III building which will house the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, College of San Mateo, College Center Building 10, designed to house a variety of student services, and UC Davis, Teaching and Learning Complex designed to encourage student collaboration.
