Description: Owner's Council Webinar Series, Session #3 of 9 "DEVELOPING PERFORMANCE BASED REQUIREMENTS FOR DESIGN-BUILD PROJECTS."  

The series is built from the Design-Build Institute of America’s Design-Build Done Right Best Practices Primer. A highly experienced practitioner will present the topics. April’s “Developing Performance Based Requirements for Design-Build Projects” presentation will be done by Mr. Michael Bade, the Associate Vice Chancellor of Capital Programs & Campus Architect of UCSF. Mr. Bade has worked extensively in the Design-Build marketplace as an Architect and Owner.
