Description: DBIA-WPR LA/OC Chapter Webinar, LONG BEACH CIVIC CENTER: ONE CITY’S PATH TO DB & P3.  This month’s DBIA Panel features industry experts from the City of Long Beach, Plenary, Clark Construction, SOM Architects, Johnson Controls, and ARUP. Together they will be providing their insights and keys to delivering a successful project utilizing Public-Private Partnerships and Design-Build. Learn how this DB team achieved design excellence from start to finish at the Long Beach Civic Center and how they reaped the benefits of integrated design and building. You’ll leave with an understanding of what it takes to pursue public private partnerships and how design-build can create a win-win for owners and their teams.
