Description: Joint Event, DBIA-WPR Sacramento Chapter & CMAA Northern California Chapter, Interview Strategies for Design-Build Teams. 

When a team of people from various firms come together to execute complex construction projects, it is critical to have everyone on the same page. A Design-Build Team must have the right dynamic to work together towards the project vision, goals and objectives. The Interview, the final step of the RFQ/P stage, is the Design-Build Team’s opportunity to demonstrate why they are the best fit for the project.

Please join the DBIA-WPR Sacramento Chapter and the CMAA NorCal Chapter to hear from Interview Coaches who have guided Design-Build Teams into successful interviews on landmark projects, and CM and Owner Representatives who have served on Design-Build selection panels.
