Description: San Diego Chapter Luncheon Program: "HOW FAST IS TOO FAST? LESSONS LEARNED ON SDSU'S ENGINEERING & INTERDISCIPLINARY SCIENCE COMPLEX".  As universities begin adopting design-build delivery models they are exploring a set of basic procurement questions: What delivery model should we use? How will we select our team? Can we move that fast? Do the benefits of speed outweigh the complexities of moving quickly in the university setting? Do programming, concept, design and CDs really have to be sequential?
