The Hawaii Department of Administrative and General Services (DAGS) discusses why Design-Build was selected for the State of Hawaii's new $140M Hawaii State Hospital forensic mental health facility. Hear from representatives of DAGS as they explain why design-build was the preferred delivery method for one of the State's largest design-build projects. Local design firm G70 and Honolulu-based contractor Hensel Phelps will provide an overview of the design and construction of the project.
