The DBIA, together with the Lean Construction Institute (LCI), is pleased to sponsor a program focused on Sutter Health's One Million ft2 CPMC Van Ness and Geary Hospital. Speakers will be represented by the owner (focused on IPD delivery), the architect (focused on dealing with the city and the entitlements), the GC (focused on production tracking, actual vs. budgeted), and a trade partner (focused on practical application of Lean). The purchasers of the Title and Gold Sponsorships (table of 10, limited to 6 tables) will be given a hosted 1 1/2 hour tour of the project site (hard soled shoes required, PPE will be provided).
