The General Services Administration is charged to design and construct facilities for many federal tenants. Whether providing courthouses for US Court system or laboratories for US Geological Survey, GSA has used the D/B vehicle to produce facilities that meet the tenant needs but also recognizes the D/B contracting vehicle as a method to streamline the construction process to the benefit of all parties.
