Description: Bay Chapter Lunch Program. CONTRA COSTA AND PERALTA COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICTS – “THE WHEN, WHAT AND WHY OF UTILIZING DESIGN-BUILD FOR UPCOMING PROJECTS”. Two East Bay community college districts, Contra Costa Community College District and Peralta Community College District, are in the process of implementing major capital improvement programs totaling over $1.5B combined. Leaders from each district will share their thoughts about critical issues and considerations that have guided their organizations into utilizing design-build for specific project types.
